Insurance and Billing

Fees (out-of-pocket/out-of-network billing) 

$175 per session - individual therapy (sessions typically last 53-60 minutes)

$195 per session - couples/family therapy (sessions typically last up to 90 minutes)

$225 for initial assessment (limited sliding scale upon request/review) 

 

Payment is due at time/date of service

Payment may be in the form of cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, or American Express. For all credit and debit card transactions, an additional $3.00 will be charged.

 

Insurance Billing 

Heartwood Therapeutics can provide direct in-network and out-of-network insurance billing.  We are in-network with the following insurance companies:

 

• PacificSource (commercial and OHP/Medicaid)

• Providence (including Collective Health)

• MODA

• United Health Care (UHC)/Optum/Meritain

• Aetna

• First Choice Health

• Canopy EAP (Bend PD/Fire)

Heartwood Therapeutics works with participants eligible for Crime Victims Compensation. Please discuss details of Crime Victims Compensation directly with provider for more information and to determine if this is the best method of payment to fit you and/or your family.
